Terms of Guarantee

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
- The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product and lasts for 2 (two) years. The entire product, including all of its parts, is covered by our company’s warranty. For products consisting of multiple parts, the warranty period starts from the date the last part is delivered.
- Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, have a report prepared and do not accept the product. Any modifications made to the product, deformation, or disruption of the original design will void the warranty.
- If the product(s) malfunction during the warranty period, the time spent on repair will be added to the warranty period.
- If the product malfunctions during the warranty period, the repair time will be added to the warranty period. The repair time may not exceed 20 business days. This period begins from the date the malfunction is reported to the authorized service station, or, if no service station exists, to the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer. Consumers may report malfunctions via phone, fax, e-mail, registered mail with return receipt, or similar means. However, in the case of disputes, the burden of proof lies with the consumer. If the malfunction is not resolved within twenty (20) business days after delivery of the product to the authorized service station or seller during the warranty period, the manufacturer or importer is obliged to provide the consumer with another product of similar features until the repair is completed.
- In order for the BUYER to benefit from repair or maintenance services under warranty, he/she must call the CONSUMER HOTLINE at 505 422 08 14 to create a verbal request, or submit the request in writing and with photos to the SELLER’s headquarters address via fax, e-mail, registered mail with return receipt, or similar means.

Based on customer requests, the SELLER;
- Through an authorized service or after-sales service unit holding the AFTER-SALES COMPETENCE CERTIFICATE (2022/61490) issued by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, first determines whether there is a defect in the product in question.
- If a defect is detected (manufacturing, transportation, installation, or user-related), the decision authority lies with the service or unit authorized by the SELLER’s AFTER-SALES SERVICE (SSH) COMPETENCE CERTIFICATE.
- The SSH unit may not issue a defect decision for every complaint. In complaints where no defect decision is issued, the BUYER cannot claim any rights under the “repetition of defect 3 times within 1 year” clause of the warranty.

For products deemed “Defective” and covered by WARRANTY, the SELLER will open a defect record and may decide on:
- Repair of the product(s) at the BUYER’s address,
- Repair of the product(s) at the SELLER’s regional store or warehouse,
- Repair of the product(s) at the SELLER’s production facilities. The SELLER is obliged to implement this decision.

Consumer’s optional rights; If the product is found to be defective, the consumer may:
- Request replacement of the defective product with a non-defective equivalent, if possible. The seller is obliged to fulfill the consumer’s choice,
- Retain the product and request a discount proportional to the defect,
- Request free repair of the product, with all costs borne by the seller, provided that this does not require excessive expense.
- In case the product(s) malfunction due to material, workmanship, or installation errors during the WARRANTY period, the SELLER will perform/ensure repair without charging any fees under any name such as labor cost or replacement part cost.
- The BUYER must use the product(s) in accordance with the “USAGE and CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS” written in the WARRANTY CERTIFICATE. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for malfunctions or deformations caused by user errors. The SELLER agrees to repair such malfunctions during the WARRANTY PERIOD in return for a fee.

If the product(s) are used in accordance with the Warranty Conditions and the User Manual, and during the warranty period the malfunction:
- Repeats 3 times within 1 (one) year,
- Continuously prevents utilization of the product,
- Exceeds the maximum repair time,
- Is determined by a report issued by the seller to be irreparable, then the BUYER may request free replacement of the product, a refund, or a discount proportional to the defect. The SELLER is obliged to fulfill this request.
