  1. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS;
    1. Our shipping service to countries outside of Turkey is subject to a fee. Once your order is prepared, before it is handed over to our contracted logistics companies, our customer service will contact you and the shipping or freight fee will be collected via EFT/Wire Transfer.
    2. Free installation service is not available in countries outside of Turkey.
    3. If installation service is requested, depending on the country and region of residence, installation will be provided through service companies we have agreements with abroad. The installation service fee, which may vary depending on the country and region, will be collected from our customers before installation.
    4. For international orders where installation service is not requested, the assembly and installation can be carried out by the customer or arranged independently.
    5. For deliveries to countries outside of Turkey, shipping and freight costs will be charged separately and collected from our customers before delivery once the order is prepared.
    6. The delivery date for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and region. For more precise information regarding delivery times and details, please contact our customer service.
    7. In case of any issue arising from our side, you will be notified using your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
    8. No deliveries are made on public holidays or national holidays.
    9. All selected products will be delivered to you by our contracted shipping/logistics companies under the ENKA HOME guarantee.
    10. A confirmation email will be sent for the products you have purchased. If any of the selected products are out of stock, you will be notified via email and informed about the date when the product will be back in stock.
    11. Enkahome.com is an online shopping platform that allows multiple users to shop at the same time. On rare occasions, it is possible that the same product may be purchased simultaneously by more than one customer, and the item may go out of stock. In such a case, if the product you have paid for online is no longer available in our stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and up to 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be supplied to the consumer within this period, the payment will be refunded.
    12. Delivery dates may vary due to reasons such as road conditions or weather. In such cases, our customer service will contact you again to set a new delivery date. Orders are delivered to the doorstep or, if requested, installation can be arranged abroad for an additional fee.
    13. Once the products to be shipped are ready for dispatch, our customer service will contact you one day in advance and deliver your order at the date and time most convenient for you.
    14. When the product is ready for shipment, our team will contact the customer to arrange delivery on a suitable day and time.
    15. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the delivery region. For detailed information regarding delivery times, you can contact our customer representative.
    16. Once bank approval is received, orders are forwarded to the production department after the 3 (three) day cancellation period available to the customer. Following the production and packaging period (which may vary depending on the size and type of product(s) ordered), the order is handed over to our contracted shipping/logistics company. Depending on the distance of the delivery address outside Turkey, the company will deliver your order within 5-15 days.
    17. Delivery times for custom-made products vary depending on the manufacturing time. For such products, our customer service will provide you with information regarding delivery times and details.
    18. Before accepting delivery, the customer must inspect the goods/service subject to the contract. Items that are dented, broken, torn in packaging, damaged or defective should not be accepted from the shipping/logistics company. Once the goods/services are received, they will be deemed undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the customer is responsible for safeguarding the goods/services with due care. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

    Note: For locations outside the free logistics/shipping coverage area, or depending on the floor where the apartment is located for delivery and installation, an additional distance or handling fee may be charged. In such cases, you will be informed by phone before your purchase is confirmed.
