Delivery and Installation

  1. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION FOR ORDERS WITHIN TURKEY;
    1. We work with different shipping and courier companies depending on the size of the product and the delivery address.
    2. Once the product is ready for shipment, our team will contact our customer to arrange delivery on a date and time convenient for them.
    3. Delivery times vary depending on the product and the delivery region. For detailed information about delivery times, you can get assistance from our customer representative.
    4. Orders are forwarded to our production department after bank approval and after the 3 (three) day cancellation period has expired. Depending on the size and type of the product(s) ordered, after the production and packaging process, which may vary, the products are delivered to the contracted cargo/shipping company. Depending on the distance of the delivery address within Turkey, the cargo/shipping company will deliver your order within 1–3 days.
    5. Delivery times of custom-made products may vary depending on the manufacturing period. Our customer service team will provide you with information about the delivery details and times of such products.
    6. In case of any inconvenience caused by us, you will be informed using your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
    7. No deliveries are made on public holidays and festive days.
    8. All the products you have selected will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo/shipping companies under ENKA HOME guarantee.
    9. The products you purchase will be notified to you with a confirmation e-mail. If any of the selected products are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding this matter and you will be informed of the date when the product will be back in stock.
    10. Enkahome.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, the same product may be purchased by more than one customer and the product may run out of stock. In this case, if the product you paid for online is no longer in stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be supplied to the consumer within these dates, the payment will be refunded.
    11. When the products to be shipped are ready, our customer service will contact you 1 day in advance and deliver your order at a date and time convenient for you.
    12. Delivery dates may vary due to road conditions, weather conditions, etc. In such cases, our customer service will contact you again and set a new date. Delivery is made to your home and installation/assembly is provided free of charge at addresses within Turkey.
    13. The customer shall inspect the product/service subject to the contract before accepting delivery; damaged or defective goods/services such as dented, broken, or torn packaging must not be accepted from the shipping company. Accepted goods/services will be considered undamaged and intact. After delivery, the customer must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The Invoice must also be returned with the product.

    Note: For locations outside the free coverage area of the logistics/shipping service and depending on the floor where the transport and installation will be made, an additional distance or handling fee may be requested. In such cases, you will be informed by phone before your order is confirmed.

  2. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE TURKEY / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS;
    1. If installation service is requested, depending on the customer’s residence area and country, installation service is provided abroad by our contracted service companies, and the service fee, which may vary according to country and region, is collected from our customers before the installation service.
    2. For international orders, if installation service is not requested, installation and assembly can be carried out by our customers themselves or arranged independently.
    3. For deliveries to countries outside Turkey, shipping and freight charges are billed separately and collected from our customers before delivery once the order is prepared.
    4. The delivery date for international orders may vary depending on the country and region where the order is placed. You can obtain more precise information about delivery times and details through our customer service.
